Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping can take place to all points on the globe. International shipping takes anywhere between 6-10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Priority is 1-2 business days. ECUs will be sent back to the owner within 24 hours after it's received.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal and Money Order. All return shipping must be included with initial cost.
Will a flash void my warranty?
NO. There are laws in place that state a dealer must provide proof that a certain modification caused the issue. I can also flash the ecu back to stock for free (you just pay shipping both ways)
What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds are only accepted on manufacturer defective product
Difference Between Old and New Software
Flash tune originally came out with a gold tuning box. This OLD version worked well until they realized that they weren't making any money because people could flash other bikes and flashtune wouldn't see any money from this, so there was no sustainability for the company. They changed up the tuning software and released a new tuning software that requires the tuner to pay a $100 license fee per ecu they flash. Doing it this way now gives flash tune sustainability since they will sell less interfaces, but can still make money on the licenses (completely understandable). FLASHTUNE hasn't supported the old software or fixed the "bugs" that are in the tuning software for well over 1 year now...Here's where some people run into p...roblems...
If you get flashed by a different company that uses the old software, you risk possible issues that can't be fixed unless you have the bike flashed back to stock and send it to a company that uses the new software(XPLANE R1 CUSTOM TUNING). These issues with the old interface are well known in the tuning industry and most places won't tell you that they are using the old software. I have emails from flashtune stating there are several issues when people use the old software. I have also flashed over other companies customers bikes because of these issues and now their bikes are running flawlessly.
PLEASE, WHETHER YOU CHOSE MY COMPANY OR NOT, BE SURE TO GET TUNED WITH THE NEW SOFTWARE ONLY!!! I WILL NEVER FLASH AN ECU WITH THE OLD SOFTWARE AND MY REPUTATION SHOWS THAT!!!
Do I Need a PCV with the Flash?
NO, you do not need a secondary fueling control module. I have spent a lot of time developing fueling maps that will run safely on your bike. However, if you have a built custom PCV map, then I recommend keeping that on the pcv and leaving the flash with the stock fueling map in it. If you're running a map downloaded off the power commander website, I fully recommend using one of my maps I have built, and if you dont plan on getting a custom fueling map on a dyno then you could sell the pcv since it will be no longer needed
Will I get Better Fuel Mileage?
Let's be honest here, we're not looking for better fuel mileage, we're looking for a smoother more powerful machine
Do I lose any OEM features that my bike may have. Ex, traction control, lift control, etc?
No. No OEM features are lost during a flash
Will my PC5 autotune work with the flash?
Yes, the autotune is a standalone system and doesn't know what an "ECU" is
How much is an ECU Reflash if I need it done?
Ecu reflashes are free to the original owner AND original ECU. Customer only pays for shipping both ways.
